Searching for the most beautiful churches in Sirmione
The historic center of Sirmione is a suggestive medieval village whose only entrance is dominated by the imposing Rocca Scaligera.
Walking through the streets of the center is like taking a trip into the past thanks to the characteristic narrow and irregular streets, to the buildings with exposed bricks and stones that recall the style in the Venetian era and the quaint little shops for shopping.
For the civil and religious ceremony, the choices are many; those that struck me most are for the civilian, the location at the Parco Tomelleri which offers a view of the Catullo caves; for the religious ceremony, the church of Sant’Anna, which is located next to the drawbridge of the castle but is the smallest church in the village and has a maximum capacity of 20 people; for the most numerous marriages, instead, I recommend the church of Santa Maria della Neve which is located in the historic center.

In several municipalities of Lake Garda, it is possible to hold a civil ceremony in some locations; the most characteristic of Sirmione is undoubtedly the Venere restaurant https://gardaspecialwedding.com/en/supplier/ristorante-venere/
After visiting the Catullo caves, I need to regenerate myself and a mandatory stop for those visiting Sirmione are the thermal baths. A few steps from the caves is Aquaria, the thermal spa of the thermal baths of Sirmione. An oasis of well-being immersed in a large park that offers a splendid view of Lake Garda; thanks to the water temperature that is always between 34 and 36 degrees, you can enjoy the outdoor pools even in winter. For lunch the chef recommends a red rice salad with prawns … Bon appetit!
