Pieve di Tremosine – Terrace of the thrill and road of the gorge
The town is located in a suggestive position, on the top of a cliff carved by an ancient glacier at 423 meters above sea level; to reach it, take the famous Forra road, defined by Winston Churchill as “the eighth wonder of the world”. A road formed by a split of the mountain with sheer walls, arches and bridges and a succession of gorges up to one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Pieve di Tremosine!

Walking along the narrow alleys of the village, you can reach the most suggestive points of view of the lake; the best known is the terrace of the thrill. A balcony overlooking the Garda with a drop of almost 400 meters … looking into the cliff makes you shudder! (hence the name)
The tour will continue to the Valle dei Laghi, where typical local products can be purchased from a typical Tremosine cheese, Garda extra virgin olive oil, salami and wines at a dairy.
